Last Saturday

Well, we had a rocking show over at the Last Concert Cafe for the Watermelon Festival. That was probably one of the best crowds I have seen out there, and it was lots of fun. We invited Josh from the Houston-based band Vibe Committee to play some bass with us for the show, and he totally rocked. It was good to see all kinds of old friends and stuff. I can't believe it had been two months since we had played a show.

We are still in the process of inviting bass players and singers to come audition. However, we have taled with our good pals in the Peach truck Republic, and it looks like we will play a show with them in Denton in October and in Houston in November. So we have that going for us--which is nice.
